Basket Of Sunshine

The spaghetti squash vine set fruit early.  Here's the first harvest.

The heat kept blooms from forming for awhile, but some extra water and a little fertilizer seems to have perked up the plant.  I see some new flower buds.

  1. You should write that your post and spaghetti squash are property of Garden on Sherlock St:) I have gotten smarter now and started putting my name on the pics. I had a couple incidents with some of pics getting stolen and used for unsavory things. I'd just like to say that your basket of squash looks perfect. Now I need to make something for dinner. Enjoy!

  6. It's been hot and still hot and gonna stay hot for a while longer. I'm ready for fall to come - give us a reprieve from the heat. This time of year it's hard to find anything interesting in the gardens and its too dang hot to go out and enjoy or do anything worth while. Hope you get some rain soon. I'm dancin for you - can ya see.
