**i've decided succession planting spring crops past may just doesn't work here.  i can't keep the germinating seeds moist enough to survive.  I did plant again in July and August.

**the "speckled trout" was great.  it did better than the parris island cos which I have grown for years.  red salad bowl, green salad bowl and black seeded simpson all were good too.  i think i'll let go of grand rapids tipburn resistant.

  2. I just went through my seeds and the Southern Exposure Seed Exchange website and placed my primary spring seed order yesterday. Now if the weather will just cooperate this year!
