oh so cute I bought my squirrels a peanut feeder....hoping to distract them from the bird feeders... Ha..it took them a few hours to empty it now what...peanuts cost!
Well, there he is. I was wondering where he'd gone to :) I love these little creatures. The little chipmunks are my favorite. They are used to me and scamper about while I am in the garden. Balisha
They are bird feeders, but if it's in the garden it's open to wildlife! We don't really have many squirrels in our neighborhood. This little guy was a surprise.
Hi There, I am VERY angry at our squirrels today. We were out-of-town all day --and when we came home, the squirrels had torn down and broken two of my bird feeders. SO--as you can imagine, I'm not too happy with them right now. Want some more squirrels??? Hugs, Betsy
He's so cute!! In 14 years. .I have seen 2 squirrels here. As I read how destructive and annoying they can be, I think that I am glad. .but they can also be quite adorable. .which is the side you have caught with your post!!
They ARE fascinating creatures, aren't they? In past years, we've had a family or two of squirrels. They must be attracted by our walnut tree. But last year, we didn't have quite the usual squirrel activity ... Not complaining though :)
Awww Adorable.
ReplyDeleteOh, those are two really cute shots! Great post!

We like our garden squirrels and happily feed them -- and I've seen them sleep before -- they look like they're "plum ticketed" don't they!
ReplyDeleteOh, how sweet. You were lucky to catch him napping. Do you feed him? Or is it the birds that get fed and he STEALS? Great shot!

I'll only take the sleeping ones.
DeleteWhen the squirrels show up to raid the feeders we yell "squirrel" and our 6 dogs take care of the problem, lol
