Today in the garden...

...used all the bath water on the asparagus bed. The plants look beautiful. They were just planted this past spring. Looking forward to fresh asparagus one day.
...picked several cherry tomatoes.
...picked a few green beans and pulled out the plants. The late planting of green beans did very well, but now the plants look ragged. Time for them to go as they're not blooming anymore.

  1. Wonderful that you have the bath water to use. My husband has great memories of his grandma in MI growing asparagus. My favorite veg. is green beans. Harriet's, too!

  2. I'm glad you had the bath water for your asparagus, but I do hope your part of the country gets some drought relief soon.
