Spring Has Returned

video

The flower buds on the red bud trees look freeze dried.
The flower buds on the lilacs look like some are damaged but not all.

Here are some of the flowers buried in the snow yesterday.

I set my rain barrels back up as there is rain in the forecast Thursday night/Friday.
Temperatures are predicted above freezing after tonight.

Here's to spring............again!

  4. Beautiful! I think snow is good very several plants. Slow released water. And the exposure time to freeze....if it's short, like a few hours, it should be okay. Can't wait to see what you do to your place this year:)

  8. Here, too! Spring has come and gone so many times I've lost track. Flowers, birds, and humans are equally confused, I think...
