Alley View

The irises and dame's rockets are really making the alley look good this spring.

A sidewalk runs from our trash bin storage area to the patio.  The vegetable garden is on the left with bachelor buttons and larkspur on the right.  The rains have made all the plants so tall this spring.

  1. Such beautiful springtime colors in these photos, absolutely breathtaking. Even though I am an autumn person at heart, springtime has its share of beauty :)

    1. Thank you. I like autumn a lot too. I seem to have a thing for leaves.

  2. It is such a pretty spring -- but here everything is so early! I'm not sure there will be anything left by the end of May! Your gardens are pretty. I've never had luck with bachelor buttons. Did you start yours from seed?

    1. I did start the bachelor buttons from seed. Now, they seed themselves. A little too well at times. They seem to do best when you try to ignore them.

Looking good. So glad the rains have been more frequent this year. Let's hope it keeps going!
